Layered and digitally manipulated personal photographs printed on cotton and silk organza are the materials I currently use in this new body of work. Epson Ultrachrome archival inks printed on high quality fabrics are the feature of this unique artform. All piecces are fused on wood box forms with sides wrapped in imagery and ready to hang. Occasionally, found objects are added for interest. I'm drawn to using these materials because of a lifelong love of fabric and a fascination with the photographic image as a design tool....two elements with dynamic possibilities!

Found objects such as monopoly board, Scrabble letters, pool ball, golf putter and ball are all assembled to describe games people play....but, how do people play the game of "life"? $745.

A layer of silk organza printed with archival ink hangs freely over the center of this fiber assemblage constructed wtih subtle colors. The outer edges are digitally printed cotton with an overlay of silk for a sheer, transparent look, a repeat of the transparent shadow figure. The figure is an angel, keeping watch over the surrounding landscape. 21"H x 14"W x 2.5" $860.

This photograph is a composition of a sunrise and a sunset over a large expanse. It is representational of life itself: birth, life journey, death. Photograph printed with Epson archival inks on photographic paper. 10"H x 8"W $40.
